What am I happy about today?

Well, first, I’m so happy you have posted what makes YOU happy – I really enjoy reading your comments.  So thanks – and keep it up!

Fresh tulipsNext, I’m really happy with my beautiful tulip bouquet….

They were fresh cut from the local tulip fields – 40 of them for only $10 - and purchased at the local Central Market.  Man, I love living in the northwest (and I guess that’s happy thing #3).

I’m also happy for my son, Brandon, who was just cast as Judah in a community theatre production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.  And granddaughter Emily (age 5) gets to sing on the children’s chorus.

I love that show (I played in a pit orchestra for 2 or 3 different productions – great fun), and am delighted that both he and Emily will get to enjoy the experience together

So, tell me what makes you happy today?

Congrats to Brandon! How your kids not be talented with two parents like they have.
Those tulips are gorgeous, I think they remind me of spring more than any other flowers.
I am happy that you are doing this every day. :)

40 fro $10! Ohh I’m so jealous, tulips are Erica’s favorite flower. Your bouquet is amazing. Congrats to Brandon, what a talented family you have.

Marie gave her first talk in Primary today and she isn’t like Brandon and Emily who love to get up in front of people, so it was very nervous when we first started practicing at home, but she overcame her fears, and she did an excellent job today in front of the other kids!! I wouldn’t even have known she was so nervous to begin with. :) I’m so happy for her!

Beautiful tulips!! They are just gorgeous. I’m so happy that you were able to get them. Oh- that’s a reason for my happiness.

And… I was happy yesterday because I was able to relax a bit. No work. Hooray!
