Watching and listening to McCain speak is so very painful…..    uninformative speech, boring delivery….. and peppered with misinformation. Â
I can’t believe they actually put him in front of a GREEN SCREEN again….  Stephen Colbert must be giddy with possibilities….
I couldn’t stand to listen to it… There is such a difference in the energy between these two candidates. They both have energy, but of very different type.
I couldn’t watch. His voice grates on me after about one sentence. My husband is in love with Palin. 🙁 🙁 🙁
This was an interesting analysis of his speech by CNN’s Senior Political Analyst:

Its an interesting read.
Two thoughts stood out to me:
1) McCain is sincere, but sadly short on answers
2)when McCain talks about change, he talks about changing Washington. When the Democrats talk about change, they’re talking about changing the way things are going in the country.
It was so very painful, he came across as someones elderly uncle. It was a long 50 minutes worth of the same ol shite he said 10 years ago. He is so trying to detach himself from Bush, but his voting with Bush 90% of the time speaks loudly.
Chris, Mike can gush over Palin all he wants as long as he doesn’t vote for her 🙂
