I had such a great time traveling around the Northwest with Brandon and family.Â
We enjoyed some great activites and saw beautiful sites. One of the favorite activites was exploring the tidepools at Salt Creek.  Â
We had previously been to the Seattle Aquarium and and saw fabulous sea life – but there’s nothing like experiencing it out in the natural setting.
Tidepools are cool – and we all had fun touching the anenomes and finding the hermit crabs.  Â
The girls LOVED it…

I was a bit surprised (but delighted) that Emily wanted to hold the little, recently deceased, crab I found.
I think if we hadn’t had to run to catch the ferry to Victoria, we could have spent hours here.

Come visit again and let’s go see more tidepools!
Emily and Marie are adorable. What a great experience that trip must have been for them. Again Allison, your photo’s and remarks are always so interesting. I look forward to your next post.
How fun!! Kennedy saw these pictures and told me she wants to come see you soon. So I guess we’ll have to make it happen, since I pretty much give her whatever she wants. These pictures are fabulous! The girls are so adorable…
I’m so glad we got to see those cool tidepools! Yes, next time we will have to schedule an entire day just for that! I thought it was really fun to see that seal pop it’s head out of the water for a little second too!
I adore tide pools, good pics, looks like you guys had a lot of fun.
Where are you in the Twilight books? I just finished Breaking Dawn.
Looks like you all had a great time. You are such a fun grandma, Allison. 🙂
Hey! I was wondering (since you have a fabulous blog) if you would be willing to share a few pointers with me on how to go about designing a website. My husband is going to school right now for computer programming/ graphic design (hasn’t quite decided) and his friend wants his help with a website for his company. The problem is…we don’t really know where to start. Could you recommend any books, websites, or even some of your own knowledge?? Email me – kayscoth@aol.com.
Thanks!!!
